Listing Description
The Security Consultant will be responsible for end-to-end technical value translation and problem resolution, working closely with various stakeholders. Excellent communication skills and a mature approach to engagements are essential for success in this role.
This is a partial technical role with customers responsible for solving product and cybersecurity-related problems of low to high complexity. You will act as a focal point for the prospect problem resolution for us and our clients.

What Will You Do
- Develop a thorough understanding of the various existing and future technologies and products developed in the CloudSEK portfolio.
- Stay constantly updated with the latest in-house research and conduct your research on emerging Threat Intelligence (including vulnerability research, Threat actor TTPs, etc).
- Have technical conversations with cyber security and business teams from enterprises and governments across the global markets that CloudSEK operates in or will operate in.
- Accountable for end-to-end technical value translation and technical closures for all product evaluation engagements, augmented by a team of high-caliber researchers.
- Closely work with multiple stakeholders, i.e. the product development teams, engineering teams, GTM teams (including sales, marketing, and business development), and revenue ops teams.
- Stay updated on the Threat landscape and regulatory landscape of all regional markets the individual is responsible for.
What Are We Looking For
- The individual needs to have a strong fundamental understanding of web application security, a good understanding of strategic and tactical threat intelligence, and effective research skills to create and present a compelling chaining of detected and discovered vulnerabilities, exposed sensitive data/ parameters that is business consumable (understandable by a non-cyber security business audience).
- A mature approach to engagements and strong communication skills.
- Act as a security analyst, offering insights and recommendations based on threats generated by CloudSEK’s platform.
- Collaborate with customer security teams to ensure optimal usage of CloudSEK’s solutions.
Customer Engagement:
- Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CXOs and CISOs.
- Foster customer champions within client organizations to drive advocacy and referrals.
- Generate and share client-specific quality reports, gathering feedback to continuously improve service delivery.
Revenue Generation and Retention:
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling CloudSEK’s products and services.
- Ensure on-time renewals and maintain a high customer retention rate.
- Source referrals and participate in revenue generation activities.
Product Usage and Feedback:
- Ensure 100% product usage for features subscribed by the customers.
- Conduct configuration reviews and provide recommendations for product enhancements.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to contribute to product development and improvement.
