The Sr. Manager, Global Identity and Single Sign On Operations will be responsible for maintaining and supporting Single Sign On (SSO) and Identity Management security systems protecting PepsiCo information and assets globally against unauthorized access, security risks, data loss, and cyber-attacks. This leadership position will also help drive short term and long term global information authentication and authorization strategy and tactical plans.

This Sr. Manager role will partner with internal and external stakeholders to implement and manage strong integrated security systems in addition to serving as escalation point. The position will work with various decision makers across all organizational levels and foster relationships across the organizations while overseeing a variety of security systems operations, as well as identify rootcause on issues and remediate, implement enhancements, and support cost-effective solutions for all aspects access security management.

This role will be responsible for the platform stability, performance and availability of systems, lead a team of support staff responsible for 24X7 Operations, managing day to day support, Infrastructure and system outage resolution, problem management & security incident support.Bachelors or degree in Information Technology (or a related STEM discipline) or relevant work experience

Minimum 10+ years IT systems management experience, including managing people.

4+ years of Information security experience with CA SiteMinder preferred

4+ years of Identity Management experience with CA idM or Oracle Waveset preferred

5+ years of experience managing a global team of employees and contractors

5+years of experience in managing mission critical, global systems
