Your Mission as a Security Analyst is to assure security and privacy at Energage and its employees.  This mission is achieved through constantly improving controls and procedures based on the policies we adhere to. The Security Analyst is vital to improving information security and privacy at Energage, and in turn this helps the company achieve business growth and success.

Energage has employees in 17 states (excluding specific locations such as CA, WA, NYC, MA) and has an office in Exton PA. The Security Analyst should be able to come to the office as needed to provide support to our business operations and to collaborate with other team members. 

Accountability & Impact:­­­
In this role, you’ll...

• Provisioning new users, by onboarding and offboarding employees.


• Participate and troubleshoot privileged Identity and access management


• Support and troubleshoot Security software issues on Windows and Apple endpoints


• Assist in development and implementation information security policies, standards, guidelines, and best practices


• Participate and develop security improvements in Cloud infrastructure


• Conduct internal risk management analysis of security and privacy compliances against such standards as NIST, ISO and GDPR 


• Perform weekly operational tasks,


• Participate in developing and promoting positive security awareness training


• Participate in vulnerability assessment and patch management program 


• Perform vendor risk assessments and respond to client risk assessments


• Monitor and respond to security events alerts from security and information event monitoring


• Participate in developing and promoting positive security awareness training


• Administration of endpoint security solutions, such as Anti-Virus and MDM Solutions


• Participate in incident response plan and procedures, from investigating suspicious events to help running annual drills


• Review Energage current and future security controls for validating compliance controls related to NIST, ISO and GDPR


• Managing the office 365 suite of solutions, including Active Directory and Domain server (DNS)

What You Bring to the Role:

• 2+ years IT security-related experience


• Information Security related experience, in areas such as: SOC, vulnerability management and patch management, incident handling, log analysis, intrusion detection, or firewall administration. 


• Experience in administering endpoint security solutions 


• Implementing security controls within endpoints to network and cloud infrastructure. 


• Collaborator and contributing on selection security solutions


• Experience in successfully managing multiple competing priorities


• Effective communications skills to collaborate on new and existing security programs with various departments 

Preferred/Nice to have:

• Security+, Network+ and CISSP certification


• Technical experience in Cloud technologies
