Listing Description

We are looking for a Security Team Lead to coordinate a team of security professionals, developing and implementing security solutions, policies and procedures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen our overall security posture.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of cybersecurity professionals;
  • Coordinate and prioritize security initiatives in alignment with business goals;
  • Develop and implement an effective IT security strategy, policies and procedures;
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging threats and best practices to ensure the security program evolves to meet new challenges;
  • Promote a security-conscious culture by organizing training programs and awareness campaigns.
  • Work with employees to ensure compliance with security policies;
  • Conduct security risk assessments and vulnerability assessments regularly;
  • Implementation of security software and solutions.

    • Requirements:
  • Experience in a leadership role within IT security, preferably in the financial technology sector;
  • Experience with security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, endpoint protection solutions, SIEM, security analyzers, tools, frameworks, etc;
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, risk management, IT security standards and frameworks;
  • Knowledge and hands-on expirience with any of cloud solutions O365, Azure, AWS, Alibaba cloud;
  • Fluent written and spoken English (B1+).
