Listing Description

Arkose Labs is looking for a Senior Security Solutions Architect to join our growing team. You will be an integral part of our Customer Success organization, responsible for driving the onboarding and adoption of Arkose security solutions in our customer base.

You enjoy technical details and can implement changes, but can also communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand business requirements and operational needs. You love customer interactions and ongoing improvement and proactively look for ways to constantly improve. You have experience and knowledge in consulting. You can put yourself in our customers’ shoes and identify ways to improve our customer experience when engaging with the end-to-end onboarding process.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Customer Success leadership to maximize the operational effectiveness and efficiency of our rapidly growing Customer Success  team


• Owning all technical aspects of delivery (e.g. design, test, go-live) of Arkose  security solutions


• Being a proactive technical consultant for our customers, delivering value with every engagement


• Innovating and continually improving our internal methodologies and processes


• Partnering with cross-functional teams to resolve issues that arise during customer implementations

Must Have

• Have 5 years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, another related technical field or its equivalent


• Strong analytical and problem solving skills; proven ability to translate ambiguous questions or asks into actionable insights and deliver solutions


• Critical thinking skills to identify gaps and prioritize opportunities


• Strong communication and collaboration skills; past experience successfully partnering with cross-functional teams


• Be fluent in English


• Demonstrate experience in a technical customer-facing role and a desire to deliver consulting services


• Have experience with Linux/Unix systems


• Have experience working with scripting languages such as NodeJs, Python, SDK and JavaScript to implement APIs in DevOps environments


• Have experience solving complex technical challenges and implementing an end-to-end solution


• Have excellent communication and presentation skills, able to articulate highly technical information in a concise manner
