As the Senior Product Manager leading our Fraud, Security, and Privacy efforts, you will work to protect Shippo and our customers. This work will impact almost every team at Shippo, so cross-team and cross-functional collaboration will be critical to your success. Our goal is to maintain the best customer experience while safeguarding against attack—a difficult balance that will require deeply analytical and strategic thinking. You will drive all aspects of the product development process for your initiatives, working through initial problem discovery through to launch.
