Come join a mission that can save the world! About the role: In this position, you will be a pivotal member of the Dragos People Team. Your contributions will be instrumental in advancing our people knowledge repository, refining our processes and policies, enriching the employee experience, and improving our international operations across EMEA and APAC. Location: This is a remote role for candidates in Canada (EST time zone). Responsibilities Build and continuously enhance our people knowledge repository with repeatable workflows, people guides, policies, and processes. Deliver a white-glove pre-onboarding and on-boarding experience for all new hires (US and International) collaborating with Talent Acquisition, IT and other relevant departments to set up our new team members for success in their first weeks with Dragos. Input and maintain the integrity of HRIS data (including employee documents and files), process new hires, promotions, employment changes, and terminations, ensure accuracy and compliance. Serve as one of the first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing general People Ops information, support for employee-related issues, and contributing to a positive workplace culture. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations such as maintaining I-9s, state-mandated and other international compliance, ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation that includes mandatory training records. Assist in the preparation of reports for compliance purposes and analytics to assess key performance indicators and provide insights for decision-making. Participate in People Ops initiatives, such as HRIS related projects, system enhancements, promotion cycles, employee surveys, performance management, contributing to the continuous improvement of our people processes. Qualifications Previous experience working within a People Ops services team/model. 5 years of experience working within the People function with knowledge of best practices and compliance laws, (some international experience a plus!) Intermediate knowledge of HCM Applications (experience with UKG a must have). Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and performance management platforms. A passion and a knack for using technology to improve processes and efficiency. Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Some knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Intermediate Excel and or database building skills.
