Dragos is looking for a Marketing Analytics Manager to join its mission of safeguarding civilization. This person will be responsible for analyzing and transforming lead, opportunity, and campaign data into easy-to-consume, actionable reports to demonstrate the return on our marketing investments to inform our model and marketing spend with the goal of increasing our effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have an expert-level grasp of reporting technologies, look forward to acquiring detailed knowledge of our marketing and sales data, bring efficiency to our monthly and quarterly reporting process, and own the marketing program model that aligns marketing’s pipeline growth goals to the Sales team’s topline bookings goals.

Responsibilities:
- Apply your knowledge of marketing analytics to track business-critical metrics that include quarterly pipeline growth, marketing-sourced bookings, campaign influence on pipelines, lead lifecycle conversion rates, cost per lead/opportunity, and overall program spend to pipeline creation efficiency.
- Create a repeatable process for our monthly and quarterly reporting cadences primarily for the Demand Generation team but also including the Partner Marketing and Events teams.
- Take ownership of all existing report dashboards, optimize existing methods of reporting, and produce new reports according to the needs of the business within Salesforce, Excel, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Smartsheet, or any other Business Intelligence technologies we may move to in the future like Tableau or Looker.
- Gain an understanding of the key filters, data points, and report types used to generate accurate sets of reports and continuously document this information for the benefit of the company.
- Constantly scrutinize data flowing into reports to ensure accurate marketing and sales automation processes and work with Marketing Ops and Sales Ops to remedy any inconsistencies you find.
- Take ownership of the Demand Generation program model and apply your experience with lifecycle conversion rates and sales process velocity to accurately plan quarterly program goals and spend needed to hit our pipeline targets
- Track ongoing performance throughout the quarter reporting monthly and end of quarter on KPIs
- Work with your colleagues in Demand Gen and Marketing Ops to align our quarterly campaign plan with lead and pipeline predictions that will ensure we hit our quarterly goals.
- Work with Dragos’s Website Manager to improve web to lead conversion and provide data-backed insights and recommendations for future website optimization.
- Analyze our demand gen media spend to identify the most productive sources and offers
- Examine the entire lead to revenue process and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a strategic Marketing Analytics role ideally for a company in the Enterprise B2B or Cybersecurity space.
- Understanding of how data is structured in different systems and knowing the potential benefits and pitfalls of reporting from Salesforce vs. Excel vs. HubSpot, etc.
- An expert in Excel—knows how to run V/X-Lookups, pivot tables, and advanced formulas; is comfortable running analyses on large data sets from multiple sources.
- Proactive mindset and orientation to optimize processes through continuous improvement
- Has the capacity for patience, is open to feedback, and constantly iterates on their work to make sure it’s the most accurate that it can be.
Bonus if you have...
- Have experience setting up Business Intelligence tools such as Looker or Tableau.
- Are Salesforce certified, Google Analytics certified, or HubSpot certified.
- Have worked with different types of marketing attribution models.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $125,000
- Base + Benefits + Equity = $185,000
- Comprehensive benefits plan (medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401K with match)
- Equity at Dragos is quickly growing and the total compensation under-represents the future growth and refresh program. This will be discussed on the first call with the Dragos recruiter.
