The Work (Role Responsibility)

Although no two days at Accenture are the same, your duties as Risk Management Consultant – Payment Program Compliance Lead likely will include:

1. Manage the payments program effort including resourcing, project planning, risks, and issues

2. Provide guidance on payment standards that are required for the payment program

3. Develop key artifacts for the payment program as it relates to payment standard requirements including assessment matrices to monitor ongoing compliance

 

Helping grow Accenture Security across North America through thought leadership and entrepreneurialism

 

 

Secondary Responsibilities Include

· Proactive incident trend analysis and false positive reduction

· Supporting the development of new SOC analytics

· Developing or updating analysis policies and procedures

· Developing and Maintaining inter-organizational intelligence sharing apparatus

 

Here’s What You Need (Basic Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with PCI compliance and governance as either an external PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and/or PCI Internal Security Assessor (ISA)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with technical or project management experience across various technologies and architectures including networking, firewalls, applications, access management, encryption, payment card devices and cloud tech
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Payment card industry compliance

 

Bonus Points If (Preferred Skills)

  • Assist with Compliance Project Management by developing and executing on project plans that defines the scope, success criteria, expectations, timelines, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Assist with developing Payments Playbooks for payments related compliance projects.
  • Assist with Payments Governance Activities (reporting, monitoring, validation)
  • High-level expectations for PMs:
  • Accountability for driving results
  • Discipline in execution (program/project management skill set)
  • Consistent Communication
  • Demonstrated creativity in complex problem solving and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong project/program management experience
  • Ability to take business problems, existing processes and technology and translate these into service and process requirements
  • Effective communicator with great interpersonal skills and the ability to be credible with clients
  • Strong analytical skills with a structured problem-solving approach
  • High energy levels and commitment to stringent timelines
  • Ability to innovate and multi-task with minimal oversight
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present documentation and influence decision making
