Our Sales Enablement team is growing! We are looking for a Technical Enablement Manager who will support our internal solution architects and channel partner technical sales teams.
In this role, you will work closely with departments across the company to provide technical sales with current and relevant materials and tools to ensure a customer's success. You will leverage your experience building and delivering applicable content to enable the teams to ramp up and execute quickly and effectively. In addition, you will aid your team in identifying and implementing continuous processes and improvements to support our hyper-growth global environment.
ResponsibilitiesLearn the Dragos product and service offerings with specific emphasis on the Dragos platformWork closely with the leadership of our sales enablement, solution architect, channel partner, and product management teams to identify learning gaps through the evaluation of demos and technical presentationsDevelop and plan for onboarding, build and maintain courseware, assessment programs, demo materials, and facilitate hands-on lab exercises for internal and external technical sales teams Identify and implement process improvement across the technical pre-sales cycle, including the process for proof of conceptsEstablish processes to monitor the results of training participants and collect feedback to determine the effectiveness and identify areas for improvementCollaborate closely with other members of the sales enablement team to leverage best practices and programsOrganize and maintain internal and external content repositories, the partner portal, and the Dragos Academy (our learning management system) Collaborate with the same leadership teams noted above to build and elevate technical training for in-person and virtual events, and training, such as Sales Kick-Off, Partner Summits, Solutions Architect training workshops, etc.
RequirementsProficient in creating and teaching courseware for cybersecurity or SaaS productsExperience performing as or supporting a pre-sales technical team in enterprise software sales (e.g., systems engineer, solution architect, etc.)Ability to work with multiple stakeholders globally to develop and manage relationships at all levels without direct authorityComfortable with running large-scale sophisticated projects from concept through to implementationBackground of enabling technical professionals in a SaaS environmentFamiliarity with cloud computing and virtualization
CompensationBase: $180,000Base + Benefits + Equity = $254,000Comprehensive benefits plan (medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401K with match)Equity at Dragos is quickly growing and the total compensation under-represents the future growth and refresh program.
