Your team, the Outreach and Engagement (O&E) Section leads outreach, collaboration and engagement with other NATO entities and bodies in Cyber Security and Cyber Defence to promote mutual understanding and identify opportunities for mutual support and benefit. This Section is responsible for overall coordination and management of the NATO Cyber Defence (CD) Exercise program for the NATO Cyber Security Centre

APPLY BEFORE 10 JAN 2021 HERE: https://nato.taleo.net/careersection/2/jobdetail.ftl?lang=en&job=200679Exercise Development: Working with Exercise Core Planning Teams to develop cyber in exercising across NATO, representing NCSC requirements as Subject Matter Expertise (SME) providing support to Core Planning Teams, storyline development, MEL/MIL development, plan and resource cyber defence support and services to NATO Response Forces (NRFs);

Exercise Coordination: Coordinating and working with NCIA Operations and Exercise (OPEX) Service Line to identify and quantify Cyber Security requirements and resources necessary to deliver real-life support to exercise networks. Responsible to ensure synchronization between the OPEX Service Line and the NCSC;

NCSC Engagement: support engagement activities with the Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence, other NATO organisations (e.g. NATO Communications and Information Academy, NATO Defence College), Governmental Organisations, NGO's, CERT's of NATO member nations, national representatives, NCIRC CC and other external bodies;

Chairing the NCSC Cyber Operations Exercise Support Working Group in order to:

Develop services that meet customer exercise requirement;

Grow Exercise Support business opportunities by promoting cyber operations exercise potential with key stakeholders;

Coordinate efficient and effective delivery of cyber operations exercise tasks;

Assist in development of the NCSC through acting as a focal point for management and utilisation of appropriate LI/LLs.

Deputize for higher grade staff, if required;

Perform other duties as may be required.
