Publish and maintain cyber security playbooks and support escalations from the security operations centre (SOC) as well as peer departments.

Continuous Improvement - Execute cyber investigative processes while also driving efficiencies to ensure the investigation lifecycle is closed loop and future safeguards are implemented. Analyze current trends and perform risk analysis and recommend process improvement solutions.
