What You’ll Do ?
  • Strategic Operations: Overseeing the planning, management, and operation of technical systems resources and network infrastructure for the IT network. Leveraging expertise in network infrastructure management, information risk management, personnel management, as well as planning and budgeting to consistently deliver IT services at a high level of quality and consistency 
  • Network Design and Management: Designing and managing a high-performance IT network that enables efficient enterprise data traffic. Managing day-to-day technical operations, including IT systems, network support, high-performance computing, and storage, to align with the requirements of the media broadcast studio 
  • Maintenance and Upgrades: Conducting network maintenance and executing system upgrades, including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations 
  • Device Configuration: Configuring and installing various network devices and services, such as routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, and Quality of Service (QoS) components 
  • Protocols Mastery: Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of networking protocols, encompassing IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, and QoS 
  • Hands-On Experience: Applying hands-on experience with monitoring tools, network diagnostics, and network analytics to maintain and enhance network performance 


    • Who should apply?
  • The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Security or a related IT field (Master'swill be preferred). Additionally, qualifications such as a postgraduate degree in Computers/IT Engineering or a Master of Computer Applications/MBA in Operations are highly regarded 
  • They should have a minimum of 12 years of relevant IT experience in a similar job role. It would be beneficial if they have at least 3 years of experience in managing and leading teams and individuals. Experience in the Media industry is considered optional but valuable 
  • Furthermore, possessing a CCNP or higher certification is required, while holding a CCIE and/or CISSP certification is highly valued 
  • Hands on experience or working knowledge of most of the following security functions: multifactor authentication, identity and access control systems, identity governance systems, privileged access management, intrusion detection/prevention systems, patch management, Windows domain security, encryption and incident response. Experience / understanding with Cloud infrastructure commissioning, administration and maintenance. Operational understanding of Microsoft Windows, Apple Mac, Linux & UNIX platforms, network, system, storage and backup technologies in a high availability environment 
  • Analytical and information gathering skills are a must. Problem-solving skills including working collaboratively with peer Broadcast & Digital technical teams to resolve cross-platform problems or to develop security risk solutions 
  • Candidates who understand the security risks associated to key business functions and possible means of exposures that could have business impact
