Listing Description
An ideal candidate would have a balance of deep expertise in the IAM industry, the ability to know his/her audience and up-level or down-level technical conversations as necessary, a passion for planning and agile scrum process, the ability to create a risk-based approach to planning and strategy, and the ability to deliver meaningful, incremental value to Nike every quarter. This candidate must also be very comfortable working in an ambiguous and complex business environment.Stakeholder requirements gathering, clear documentation of such, and resource and scheduling assessment.
Establish deep partnerships with leadership, program management, product owners, and development team to ensure strategy is turned into actionable projects.
Partner with the development team’s product owner for story scheduling and clarity.
Hands-on prototyping, to help drive longer term decision making.
Identify resourcing / skill set gaps, and create business case justification for funding requests, driving the justification process from cradle to grave
Monitor and review IAM operations and platform stability, driving continuous improvement across development and operations team.
Ensure Nike’s security governance policies and applicable regulatory guidelines are adhered to in the implementation of IAM solutions.
