The Dell Security & Resiliency organization (SRO) manages the security risk across all aspects of Dell’s business. We are currently experiencing incredible growth in order to meet the security needs of the world’s largest technology company. Our Cybersecurity Consulting team translates security requirements into working solutions. We recommend technical tools and then collaborate with clients to configure, deploy and adhere to product security policies and controls.

What you’ll achieve
As a Security Review Analyst, you will manage policy exception requests through standard review and dispensation processes; and you will evaluate information security solutions and processes to provide recommendations supporting Dell security standards.
You will:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of engagements performed and risks identified
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional engagement and use of a risk-based approach
- Utilize internal guidelines to properly fulfil client requests received via e-mail or internal ticketing systems in a timely and detail-oriented manner
- Manage all customer interactions in a professional manner with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction
- Perform risk analysis of computer systems and applications as directed

Essential Requirements
- 1-3 years of professional experience (1 year directly related to IT or functional area) or equivalent combination of education/experience
- Strong knowledge of networking and security fundamentals
- Knowledge of application and network security concepts and frameworks
- Familiarization with common protocols and services (FTP, HTTP, SSH, SMB, LDAP, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to assess and derive risk mitigation controls or solutions
Desired Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security or related field with 1+ years of relevant experience; or equivalent experience
