WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: TSTC is a fast-growing small business supporting the federal government and we are looking for a Full-Time Cyber Security Training Lead for a contingent opportunity. We are looking for a skilled, experienced Cybersecurity Training Lead to help DHS plan, develop content, design courses, administer courses, and ensure compliance with training regulations. The Training Lead should have at least 10 years of experience in the cyber security field and at least 4 of those years in developing and administering training. The training lead must ensure that all modules are 508 and SCORN compliant and that all administered trainings are grammatically correct and professionally written. The training lead will provide support and work with SME’s to obtain the details needed to develop relevant cyber security trainings.

    • What You'll Do
  • Develop and maintain Cyber Security Training Program
  • Engage in regular client meetings in a formal and informal setting.
  • Consult with Cyber Security SME’s to gain knowledge and develop content.  
  • Ensure training is compliant and completed

    • Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
  • Top Secret Security Clearance
  • One of the following Certifications: PMP, GISP, CISM, or CISSP
  • Knowledge in Adobe Captivate, Adobe Pro, Adobe Premier Rush, KnowBe4, etc.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and MS Project and MS Visio.
  • Commitment to providing the best service and solutions possible to meet our client’s mission needs.
  • Ability to work on a flexible schedule and potentially more than 40 hours in a week when required to meet client deliverables / timelines.

    • Security and Where You Will Work?
  • A Top Secret SCI clearance is required for this position. A comprehensive
  • Applicants selected must be a U.S. Citizen. The successful candidate must pass both a company and client comprehensive background check.
  • This is a hybrid role. The in person location is in Springfield, VA with convenient access to Metro.
