The Team
The Caveonix Product organization is principally responsible for defining What and Why for everything we build. We bring curiosity to every conversation - to identify the pain that a customer is facing, designing creative solutions that we bring to life through partnerships across the company. We’re nimble, smart, experts in what we do, but don’t take ourselves too seriously.
The Role
They are looking for a Principal Product Manager to work on their core technology platform as well as their integrations across the cyber ecosystem. You’re a seasoned product professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity offerings across the defensive and governance stacks who understands their core use cases, as well as the information that they provide. You’ll bring your knowledge of cyber defenders, as well as the C-suite to bear, defining capabilities that serve to address the most acute pain being felt in their customers.
Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years of experience in defining and building offerings for cyber defenders, CISOs or both
- Extensive knowledge of at least one of the following domains:
- SIEM and Security Data Lakes
- Cloud Security (CNAPP, CSPM)
- Vulnerability management
- Patch management
- Endpoint Detection and Response
- Data Loss Prevention
- Cyber Risk Quantification
- Superior, demonstrated skill in driving defined requirements throughout the software development lifecycle
- The knowledge of when to “push” and when to “pull” to produce consistent, repeatable, high-quality delivery
- Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships that foster collaborative work across all aspects of a company
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to address technical and non-technical audiences, as well as senior executives
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Desired
- Knowledge and experience with cyber compliance regulations, frameworks, mandates and procedures such as NIST 800-53, 800-37, FISMA, PCI-DSS and SOC2
- Prior experience in Series A or Series B technology start-ups
- Strong ability to “think on your feet”
