Listing Description

We are looking for an Associate Security Analyst who will support the Security Education Specialist to design, implement and maintain educational programs related to information security.  
It will involve scheduling, planning and post-event analysis of security education activities and gathering information and feedback to support the measurement of the agreed learning, performance, and business outcomes of the dunnhumby Global Information Security Learning and Culture Plan. 

What you’ll be doing: 

• Evaluate the effectiveness of current security education measures and identify areas for improvement


• Create reports and recommendations on the ‘human risk’ as it relates to security, across different roles in dunnhumby.  


• Analyse internal data, user feedback, and performance to optimize training models and strategies. 


• Collaborate with the Group (Tesco Retail / Tesco Bank / One Stop etc.) Security Education Teams to align to Best Practice, remain abreast of any linked trends that require security education and awareness, and collaborate closely with the Cyber Threat intelligence teams etc. 


• Contribute toward regular business reviews with dunnhumby Leadership to audit ongoing performance against key metrics and programme goals. 


• Stay up to date with the latest security trends and protocols, including attending relevant workshops, conferences, and training sessions online or in person.  

What we expect from you: 

• 2 to 3 years of exposure to Cybersecurity and Risk management


• Experience of assessing the effectiveness of security education efforts and recommend areas for improvement
  


• Strong analytical skills
