Job Description

Discovery - services, SLA’s, process, procedures, metrics, tools first 30 days improvements we are already making.
Work collaboratively with security leadership team to create and maintain a continual service improvement program and for maintaining and improving ongoing quality and maturity of Security services

Reinvent how customers engage with Cybersecurity
  • Initiate voice of the customer feedback sessions and surveys reviews and feedback sessions.  
  • Focus on inputs and outputs through the implementation of Cyberfusion.
  • Display innovation and creativity in identifying automation and methods of engagement and improvement to our customers experience.
  • Communicate and Measure success of implemented changes through continual VoC feedback sessions and surveys.

    • Security Process improvement
  • Partner with security leadership & delegates to develop, publish, and maintain the roadmap of continuous improvement.
  • Implement the DMAIC method (Define, Measurement, Analyze, Improve, Control) with a focus on improving quality and reducing issues.  
  • Train working team on DMAIC methods and generate awareness throughout the security organization. 
  • Design security operational KPI’s for improvements and success.
  • Partner with Security teams in create simple and standard integrations within the organization

    • Define and implement a robust Change management capability to include standardized communication processes.
  • Inclusive of how Security will communicate to our customers and partners relating to priorities and services, incidents and emergencies.
  • Develop necessary processes to prioritize, initiate and manage security projects
