Panum Group, LLC. is seeking a self-motivated, talented, and detail-oriented Cybersecurity SME for Assistant Chief Information Officer and Assistant Chief Information Security Officer Cyber Support. Must have Federal Government Cybersecurity experience. Must be knowledgeable of Federal Government compliance and regulations in Cybersecurity. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience and leadership experience as well as 5+ years of demonstrated experience in managing Cybersecurity projects related to Assistant Chief Information Officer and Assistant Chief Information Security Officer Cyber Support.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Assist the ACIO and ACISO with managing their overall schedule and with scheduling meetings with stakeholders.
  • Provide note-taking services upon request for various meetings for the ACISO.
  • Design, develop, and implement a tracking system for documents requiring review and signature. These documents range from privacy documents to contingency documents to assessment and authorization package documents.
  • Must maintain a list of which documents need to be signed by which parties. Develop summaries for each document describing at a high level the purpose of the document and this tracking mechanism must be updated as signature requirements change.
  • Brief the ACISO on documents on a weekly basis.
  • Coordinate meetings with the Authorizing Officials to obtain signatures.
  • Track signature completions and must communicate with the Branch Chiefs, ISSOs, and other personnel regarding their documents.

    • Minimum Qualifications
  • 10 years of experience and leadership experience as well as 5+ years of demonstrated experience in Cybersecurity
  • 4-year degree from accredited University/College in related field.
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Cyber specific certifications (e.g., Certified Information Systems Security Professional or CISSP; Certified Information Security Manager or CISM) are highly preferred.
  • Federal Government experience required
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized approach to work.
  • Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
