Overview The Senior Sales Operations Analyst at Dragos will work as a key part of the Sales Technology team to support all sales tools and systems that are used throughout the business. This role will function as an administrator of Salesforce.com and CPQ and complete business objectives by gathering and developing business requirements and converting those requirements into solutions to improve the function and performance of the systems and tools our teams rely on. Responsibilities Develop and maintain the Dragos Salesforce and CPQ instance Function as the subject matter expert for CPQ to the rest of the organization Troubleshoot and resolve any errors or issues that occur with existing Salesforce or CPQ functionality. Partner with the various CPQ stakeholders to gather requirements for system enhancements and improvements and translate these requirements into solutions to improve the function and performance of CPQ. Implement best practices as it relates to the quote to order process as well as the associated requirements and approvals. Optimize the various points of automation and legacy processes currently built into our Salesforce and CPQ instance. Perform data backup and regular system updates as needed Qualifications 5+ years of Salesforce administration, release management, and deployment expertise Salesforce Admin and CPQ specialist certifications required Strong business analysis and functional experience Experience using Salesforce tools such as Flow and Process builder Experience with APEX coding a plus Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and CPQ processes including all standard objects and functionality Experience with other integrated GTM tools such as Clari, ZoomInfo, Hubspot a plus Strong attention to detail and outstanding time management and organization skills Strong business partnership mindset with the ability to effectively gather business requirements and translate gathered information into working solutions Compensation Base Salary: $105,000 Competitive equity package Comprehensive benefits plan (medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401K with match) About Dragos Dragos is the Industrial Cybersecurity expert on a relentless mission to safeguard civilization.
