Lime is hiring an IT Security Manager to join our IT team! In this role, you will report into the Head of IT. You will be responsible for managing and enhancing our company's security program to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and data. You will work closely with our technology team to identify and assess risks, implement security solutions, and establish policies and procedures that align with industry standards.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a startup culture. You will be comfortable working within an evolving environment. You are an in the moment problem solver and are able to stay focused on building and scaling for the future. You thrive on building relationships and uncover the employee sentiment around current offerings.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $118,000.00 - $198,000.00. Equity and benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, depending on the position offered. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications as well as the candidate's location of residence. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for a variable bonus based on a combination of company performance, employee performance, and management discretion.
