JOB SUMMARY:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to executive members of Fanatics Inc.’s Information Security team, based in New York, NY. In this position, the Executive Assistant must be extremely organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Qualified candidates should have at least 2 years of administrative experience, ideally in a role supporting multiple executives. Fanatics is a rapidly growing and evolving company. We’re looking for someone that is flexible, able to work well on a team and independently, and is looking to have fun at work.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Perform all administrative tasks including phone coverage, printing and compiling documents, filing, managing contact lists, ordering supplies, etc. 
  • Manage multiple complex calendars; schedule internal and external meetings both in-person and virtually on behalf of executives and mange follow-up for meetings as needed: booking conference rooms, printing materials, test and set up all IT needs, arranging catering, etc. 
  • Arrange domestic and international travel including all relevant arrangements.
  • Complete monthly expense reports for all supported executives.
  • Assist with preparing, editing, and formatting executive-level briefings and presentations.
  • Plan, arrange and coordinate team events and other gatherings onsite and offsite, including all related participant arrangements. 
  • Provide coverage for other Executive Assistants of Fanatics Inc. when they are out of office. 
  • Assist with various special projects and related tasks. 

  • QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma required.
  • Bachelor or Associates degree preferred but not required. 
  • At least 2 years of related experience in an office environment providing executive and/or administrative support required. 
  • Ability to work seamlessly, collaboratively and with a team spirit mindset with the overall executive support team and all members of the extended company. We are #OneFanatics.

  • The salary range for this position is $95,000 to $110, 000 which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
