Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Industrial Security Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support our organization's security initiatives. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of national-level industrial security experience, with expertise in safeguarding classified information, implementing security policies, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations. TS/SCI required.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary advisor on industrial security matters, providing subject matter expertise to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Develop, implement, and oversee security programs in compliance with NISPOM, DoD regulations, and other applicable federal guidelines.

Conduct security risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate potential threats.

Manage and oversee security clearance processes, personnel security, and classified information protection.

Liaise with government agencies such as DSS, DoD, and other regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and effective security operations.

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance security awareness and compliance across the organization.

Perform self-inspections and audits to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement in security operations.

Prepare reports and documentation required for security program compliance and audits.

Stay current with evolving industrial security policies, procedures, and technologies to ensure best practices.
