The Dell Security & Resiliency organization (SRO) manages the security risk across all aspects of Dell’s business. Join us as a Vulnerability Management Architect on our Cybersecurity Vulnerability Management team in the United States to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.
What you’ll achieve
As a Vulnerability Management Architect, you will develop the vision, architecture, capability roadmap, and plans for the continuous improvement of the vulnerability management program. You will partner with various internal stakeholders including IT Engineering and Infrastructure teams, Development, Legal, Corporate Communications, and other relevant teams in Cybersecurity to conduct holistic response management on identified vulnerabilities and the remediation efforts.
You will:
- Manage large, complex enterprise-level security projects
- Assist in management and updates of information security vulnerability management policies, procedures, and standards based on National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) 800-53 standards, best practices, and compliance and regulatory requirements
- Develop the integration and automation strategy around multiple VM toolsets
- Articulate risk and impact to IT leaders with the proven ability to convey the urgency and need to remediate a vulnerability commensurate with the risk it presents to Dell and Dell IT
- Define and report program roadmap, status, development issues and success metrics

Essential Requirements
- Experience in Engineering/IT Operations, Security Operations, Vulnerability Management, Risk Assessment and/or Incident Response in large enterprise environments
- Experience leading and managing large, complex enterprise-level agile projects
- Solid understanding and knowledge of vulnerability management tools and methodologies and security attack vectors
- Hands-on experience with Vulnerability Scanning & Management tools (e.g. Nexpose, Tenable, Prisma Cloud, Kenna Security, etc.)
- Ability to assemble and lead virtual teams to resolve incidents and to work collaboratively and remotely with others to accomplish goals
Desired Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Cybersecurity or a related field of study with 10+ years of related experience; or equivalent relevant experience
- CISSP, CRISC, CISM or similar certifications is a plus
