Dragos has an opportunity for an IT Support Engineer to join our mission in the Federal space. You will leverage your SME level experience with Federal DOD IL5, Windows 10/11, Office 365, Exchange, Azure and Network Devices.  As the IT Support Engineer you will be expected to continually grow and leverage your knowledge of AWS and Infra as Code to continually enhance our capabilities.  The combination of leveraging expertise where needed, willingness to continue to develop additional skills in critical areas and resourcefulness will enable you to be a significant contributor in assisting Dragos on our mission of Safeguarding Civilization.   

• Manage Microsoft GCC High environment leveraging entire ecosystem.
• Manage SSO auth for third party applications and identities for development pipelines.
• Develop APIs to connect to third parties.
• Deal directly with customer support. Manage endpoints, virtual desktops and mobile devices.
• Manage network connections, VPN, IPsec tunnels and assist in monitoring and alerting.
• Work with other team members to plan, prioritize, and execute assigned tasks with tight timelines.
• Assist in risk assessment and mitigation activities by working closely with the Global Risk and Compliance team.

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Federal IT support, with hands-on DoD IL5 Azure, AWS and G5 experience
• Subject matter expertise in: Windows 10/11, Office 365 (Account Management, Exchange Online, Azure, Intune) or Network Devices (Fortinet, Cisco, Meraki)
• Knowledge of networking, fundamentals and associated core components such as DNS, DHCP, Active Directory / LDAP, HTTP (HTTPS), and SMTP
• Able to communicate concisely in writing and verbally with various levels of the organization in support of users, handling trouble tickets, creating & maintaining FAQs 
• Scripting in Python, Bash, PowerShell
• Experience with Splunk, Trendmicro, and other IT and IT Security tools.
• Competency with enterprise MS O365, Visio, Slack, Confluence, Jira and FreshService
• Experience Developing API's to connect to third parties  
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)

• Base Salary: $135,000
• Salary + Benefits + Equity = $195,500
