Job Description:
Accenture Federal Services is seeking an Information System Security Engineer (ISSE) is primarily responsible for conducting information system security engineering activities with a focus on lifecycle of current systems and future requirement scoping.
The Work:
- Create, own, and track Security Artifacts such as System Security Plans, Risk Management Plans, Configuration Management Plans, RMF Bodies of Evidence documentation, and Security Assessment Reports
- Provide guidance and support to development of Plan of Action and Milestone (POA&M)
- Create and develop ATO Packages for technology offerings
- Propose and ensure systems are complaint within the proper Security policies (NIST 800, FedRAMP, FISMA, RMF etc.)
- Review and Interpret Network and Application Vulnerability and compliance scans
- Lead ongoing quality control analysis to Network and Application Vulnerability processes
- Lead Network and Application Vulnerability review meetings with senior leadership
- Writing narratives to applicable security controls for the cloud platform
Here is what you need:
- Ability to implement one or more of the following Federal Security frameworks: FedRAMP, FISMA, RMF, DIACAP and NIST SP 800 series and NIST SP 800-53
- 5+ years of RMF, Cyber Security, and ATO experience
- 2+ years’ experience performing IT system and/or network administration
- 2+ years experience with the following tools: XACTA and eMASS
- 2+ years experience with RMF/ATO documentation writing skills
Bonus points if you have:
- DoD 8570 Compliant with IAT Level 3 certification
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA)
- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
- AWS Cloud Certifications
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker
Security Clearance:
- An active TS/SCI clearance is required to start
Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here. Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role California: $105,200 - $168,400 Colorado: $105,200 - $145,500 New York City: $121,700 - $168,400 Washington: $112,100 - $154,900 |
