The Sales Enablement Manager will be developing and executing a best-in-class onboarding program that will allow Dragos to scale our sales teams, educe their time to ramp, and ensure delivery of ongoing training for non-technical sales teams.
You will leverage your experience building and delivering relevant content to enable the teams to ramp up and execute quickly and effectively. In addition, you will aid your team in identifying and implementing continuous process and content improvements to support our hyper-growth global environment.

Responsibilities Become an expert on Dragos solutions, comfortably pitch and create sales enablement content, curriculum, and toolsDesign, deliver, measure and refine a 30/60/90-day ramping plan for all non-technical sales new hires utilizing in-person training, self-paced learning, peer mentorship, and certification/assessment methods.Define, develop, and implement a post onboarding reinforcement training to ensure application and retention of core onboarding conceptsCollaborate will all departments to identity and partner with various subject matter experts Ensure training library is always updated and previous content is properly archived for future retrieval. Partner with Sales Leadership and Operations teams to assess and report on sales effectiveness KPIs
Requirements 4+ years working in Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or other relevant disciplines Experience creating and managing sales onboarding and enablement programs while facilitating content via a variety of methods (virtual, in person, on-demand).A solid understanding of various sales roles and typical sales processesExperience independently implementing new programs and seamlessly overcoming unforeseen challenges with creative solutions. Building out the processes, systems and solutions to allow for scaling.Proven experience empowering sales team, making impact on performance, and working effectively with internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Compensation Salary: $125,000Salary + Benefits + Equity = $182,500Comprehensive benefits plan (medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401K with match)Equity at Dragos is quickly growing and the total compensation under-represents the future growth and refresh program.
