We’re looking for a talented and knowledgeable Principal Technician (Cyber Security) professional with ideally a higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 3 years post-related experience; or, a secondary educational qualification with 5 years post-related experience A different qualification coupled with particularly relevant experience may also be considered.

Knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is essential.

guidelines. Mostly, but not limited to, the following areas:

• Windows-based client and server applications;

• Mobile communications;

• Cloud deployment.

Formulates and tests settings and produces installation and configuration guidelines used by NATO

sites and various NATO nations;

Ensures links and maintains relationships with major vendors in order to have opportunity to influence

development of security guidance leading to shorter implementation timelines;

Provides security expert assistance and support in analysis of security incidents and resolution;

Reviews documents to be published on NCSC Portals, or provided to NCSC customers, as part of

projects deliverables;

Provide security consultancy and advice to projects, plans and teams.
