Listing Description
You will
- Define and implement policies and procedures for private and confidential information, as well as access management to critical functions (roles, permissions)
- Interact with authorities regarding any request or observations related to access management to critical resources or private/confidential/regulated information
- Analyze and answer requests related to privacy rights (ARCO), as well as coordinate the corresponding actions with data and business teams
- Coordinate and document classification of regulated information, and control implementations to protect private/confidential information assets
- Coordinate and regularly assess user access to critical applications, systems and private/confidential information repositories, following up on gaps and plans to solve them
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong background and working knowledge of data privacy laws (2 years of experience at least), specifically GDPR and LFPDPPP
- Experience in developing and managing data privacy program for a data controller
- Experience in compliance function in the financial sector
- Experience with managing roles and access to critical information
- Good knowledge of technical and procedural controls for access management and protecting private/confidential information
- Background in information security, legal, or compliance
- Privacy certification is a plus
- SoX experience is a plus
