As Head of Sales, Northeast, you will be taking over an existing book of business and leading growth in the Northeast territory. In addition to managing and growing current accounts, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing net-new logo business opportunities. Your focus will be on selling IT hardware, software solutions, and promoting our critical cybersecurity professional services.
This is a role for a seasoned player who wants flexibility and accountability for his/her results. MUST HAVE multiple years selling professional and/or managed IT/Security services and a proven track record of success in hunting and closing new business and working directly with IT leaders such as CIO’s CISO’s, VP of IT, Director of IT, etc. We are looking for a demonstrated history of promotion / role expansion / professional advancement. This role will be a key part of the company’s success moving forward.
This role has an uncapped commission plan so the earning potential is big. You can expect interviews with our VP Sales, COO and CEO.
- Take over existing key accounts, understand opportunities and expand relationships to generate additional business.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers at potential client organizations.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through networking, cold-calling, and leveraging industry connections.
- Present and demonstrate IT hardware, software, and cybersecurity solutions to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable growth and long-term client relationships.
- Report on sales activity, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
