About The Role:


Our Enterprise Team plays an integral role in supporting this mission by being a key driver in achieving our vision of becoming the go-to video platform for small to large organisations.


Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process around customer due diligence security questionnaire requests and ensuring a smooth, timely customer journey during the deal close process.


What you will do:



  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Sales team to complete customer security questionnaires in a timely manner

  • Implement and streamline an end-to-end internal process for requesting and responding to security questionnaires

  • Develop and maintain a database of security questionnaire Q&As, optimising categorisation for searchability and ease of use

  • Assist with optimising the wider deal close and invoicing process as required, e.g. Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) process, Hubspot close process, discount approval flows etc.

  • Analyse factors influencing win rates and time to close, including but not limited to security questionnaire requests

  • Train the Enterprise Sales team on security-related topics and process adherence

  • Liaise with key stakeholders in Engineering Operations to ensure any gaps in security documentation are identified and filled


About you:



  • Several years of experience in a compliance, sales operations or deal desk role, preferably in a B2B SaaS company

  • Experience working with a CRM: Hubspot is a nice-to-have

  • Experience working in a high-growth environment, where multitasking and focus-switching is expected

  • Proactive, action-oriented individual with a great sense of urgency and follow-through

  • Loves getting into the detail, but is also able to see the bigger picture

  • Comprehensive verbal and written communications skills is essential, as well as the ability to work effectively cross functionally and across regions
