Job Description
Concourse Labs is currently seeking Senior Cloud Security SME for a technical leadership role within our Security Research team. This team is focused on the creation and curation of both build (Source Code) and run-time security policy covering all public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, and GCP).
The successful candidate will:
- Serve as a technical leader and SME on a growing team focused on the development of cloud security policy.
- Work cross functionally with customers, cloud providers, engineering and product management to develop and implement innovative policy content.
- Collaborate with Product Management to prioritize, design, and deliver key product enhancements to expand Concourse security policy capabilities.
- Internalize cloud security standards and best practices into Concourse policy.
- Develop processes and automation to enable the efficient triage and iteration of Concourse cloud security policy to align with shifts in both CSPs and threat landscapes.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of SDLC, CICD, and Cloud security practices, developing collateral for both internal and client delivery.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of increasing responsibility in cloud-native (AWS, GCP, Azure) security and compliance.
- 3-5 years of experience with source code management (SCM) and infrastructure as code orchestration platforms.
- 3-5 years of experience developing and implementing security content at either a product company, or as SME with a COTS security platform for a major systems integrator or F500 enterprise.
- Demonstrated delivery of scalable policy management solutions, either with product vendor, systems integrator, or F500 enterprise.
- Demonstrated ability to turn independent and collaborative security research into effective policy reducing enterprise risk from source code to multi-cloud deployments.
- Demonstrated success in time sensitive deliverables, both in response to evolving threats and customer requirements.
- Ability to proactively collaborate cross-functionally in a distributed (remote) work environment.
