POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Associate, IT Security Analyst role participates in security operations that protects BAYADA Home Health Care’s data, systems, applications, and related resources. This individual contributor role generally works on assignments that are routine in nature, less complex, and requires direction from more senior technical staff or a Supervisor/Manager. This position will provide the opportunity to develop technical competence through 1) hands-on IT security administration, 2) creation of standard operating policies and practices, 3) preparing reports, analysis and presentations, and 4) providing administrative and project support. It is a mid-level technical track position and will offer training and continued education to support a career in technical management and leadership within BAYADA.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Four (4) year college degree.


• Two years of successful experience in a related field.


• Demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills.


• Demonstrated record of goal achievement.


• Prior health care and home care experience is preferred.


• Proficient in basic business software applications required to perform job functions.


• Ability to learn new technologies, software, and technical methodologies.


• Technical competence in at least one technology.


• One or more security related certifications.


• Understanding cyber security concepts and industry-leading security practices.


• Acceptable pre-employment assessment results.


• Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Demonstrate and communicate the core values of BAYADA and The BAYADA Way.


• Develop working knowledge of BAYADA’s mission, services, people, organization, policies and procedures.


• Provide support for audit response and other IT risk related activities as needed.


• Participate in the development of IT risk standard operating procedures, run books, risk data automations, and related templates.


• Provide support, maintenance and development of IT risk platforms as needed.


• Conduct analysis using IT risk analytics tools with a focus on improving results and outputs.


• Provide metrics to measure the effectiveness of the IT risk program as needed.


• Assist in overseeing and serve as a POC for third party managed IT risk service provider(s).


• Support audit and assessment processes for IT including annual SOC2 audit, IT general controls review, and any other audits or risk assessments.
