Listing Description


Duties

  • Produce clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation for end users, focusing on features and technical documentation related to installation procedures for our product portfolio
  • Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, Quality Assurance Engineers, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements to translate into clear and concise end-user documentation
  • Manage documentation repositories, ensuring documentation is organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible to internal teams and end users
  • Advocate for the end-user, striving to create documentation that is user-friendly, intuitive, and enhances the overall user experience
  • Review and edit documentation for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established style guides and industry standards
  • Embrace the principles of Scrum Agile methodology, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure documentation aligns with development timelines
  • Solicit feedback from internal teams and end users, incorporating suggestions and improvements into documentation iteratively
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in cybersecurity and technical writing, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

  • Requirements
  • TS security is required
  • U.S Citizen is required due to working with government entities.
  • Prefer someone that has a Cybersecurity background then transfers to Technical Writing.
  • Proficiency in documentation tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, terminology, and technologies.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
  • Experience with enterprise task management tools (JIRA and Confluence).
  • PMP certification is a plus.
