Panum Group, LLC. is seeking a self-motivated, talented, and detail-oriented Cybersecurity SME for Continuous Monitoring Development and Implementation. Must have Federal Government Cybersecurity experience. Must be knowledgeable of Federal Government compliance and regulations in Cybersecurity. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years demonstrated experience in managing Cybersecurity projects related to Continuous Monitoring Development and Implementation.

Roles and Responsibilities

Review leveling plan and, based on high level plan, break it down in to a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) that provides more detailed tasks and scheduled.

Document readiness (finalization of required A&A documents), document approval (successful approval of the various required documents for A&A activities to commence), assessment readiness (preparing for assessment activities), assessment (when the independent assessors actual conduct testing and interviews and identify new POAMs), authorization readiness (when the results from the independent assessment are provided, the briefing developed and POAMs are finalized) and authorization (when the Authorizing Official approves the assessment package).

Develop, implement, and maintain a tracking system for all information systems as they go through the A&A process.

Estimates for each life cycle phase and a breakdown of tasks within each life cycle phase, as well as identify any problems or delays and personnel assigned to the system.

Track each system throughout the life cycle and provide weekly briefings to the government on the status.

Develop a comprehensive artifact completion schedule for each of the systems annually prior to the start of the calendar year assessment. This artifact schedule must identify each of the applicable test steps, responsible party, need by date, etc.

Conduct an independent Quality Assurance (QA) check on all A&A packages prior to submission for review.

Assist with managed Risk Based Decisions (RBDs).

Organize, track, visually display, and facilitate a drill down capability for information for all RBDs using innovative presentation approaches.

Minimum Qualifications

10+ years’ experience in Cybersecurity

4-year degree from accredited University/College in related field; Master’s degree preferred

Cyber specific certifications e.g., Certified Information Systems Security Professional or CISSP; Certified Information Security Manager or CISM) are highly preferred.

Federal Government experience required

Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Strong attention to detail and highly organized approach to work.

Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
