Panum Group, LLC. is seeking a self-motivated, talented, and detail-oriented Cybersecurity SME for Privacy Analyst Support. Must have Federal Government Cybersecurity experience. Must be knowledgeable of Federal Government compliance and regulations in Cybersecurity. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience and leadership experience as well as 5+ years of demonstrated experience in managing Cybersecurity projects related toPrivacy Analyst Support.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Review Privacy Threshold Analysis and Privacy Impact Assessments against the Privacy Review Checklist for compliance with the stated requirements. Provide comments using the FS Privacy Review Checklist comment section. Ensure all PIAs follow the established format and are 508 compliant prior to submittal for signature.
  • Provide guidance/training to staff to ensure ISSO Support staff understand privacy documentation, in accordance with standards and policies, as directed by the Privacy Officer.
  • Provide guidance/training to staff when developing System of Record Notices (SORNs) to ensure that FSORN checklist is followed, ensuring best quality documentation is produced, as directed by the Privacy Officer.
  • Review Privacy Framework and understand impacts to standards and policies.
  • Provide ideas for monthly newsletters, virtual roadshows, privacy training, and review subject matter analytically, as needed.
  • Assist with investigation of privacy incidents, as needed, to document the incident, its impact and the outcome of the investigation.
  • Develop processes and procedures to support the privacy program, as directed by the Privacy Officer. 

    • Minimum Qualifications
  • 10 years of experience and leadership experience as well as 5+ years of demonstrated experience in Cybersecurity.
  • 4-year degree from accredited University/College in related field.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Cyber specific certifications (e.g., Certified Information Systems Security Professional or CISSP; Certified Information Security Manager or CISM) are highly preferred.
  • Federal Government experience required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized approach to work.
  • Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
