DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Consistently implements the security policies that addresses the demand in his assigned facility. Ensures that policies are localized to his assigned facility. Drafts and submits proposals on security procedures and policies regarding security matters. 
  • He must also update his assigned team on new and existing security policies, procedures and guidelines.
  • Conducts daily building and grounds surveys not limited to security posts (e.g. access control, and points high-risked areas - HVI, RTS, etc) on a regular basis in his assigned facility. 
  • Identifies and prioritizes potential security threats, security risk levels that could produce financial losses and produce accidents. Recommends appropriate corrective actions to address the identified security gaps and risks.
  • He reviews the reports submitted by the Security Officers on any breach in Security (e.g. loss prevention, qualified theft, etc). He must also submit a timely report to the Security Manager along with proposals and recommendations to address the different gaps or deficiencies. 
  • Assists Security Manager in preparing for the security daily operational plans by coordinating with the fleet officers in his assigned facility to address their security needs.
  • Conduct security-related investigation as may be required by the Security Head.
  • Coordinates and works closely with the fleet officers (Station Heads, Warehouse Managers, etc.) regarding security concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Represents the Company in any legal or local engagement in his assigned facility related to security matters as directed by the Management, when the Security Manager is not available.
  • Acts as a primary liaison with the local industry and government agencies related to law enforcement and regulatory affairs that may affect employees, operations and assets in the area. Implements local authority requirement and regulation for security and safety of the employees and stakeholders in the Company.
  • Ensures the proper implementation and compliance on Emergency and Disaster Response-related training, seminars, and pocket drills (such as earthquake, fire, robbery, riot and other emergency responses) by cascading the standard procedures with his assigned security team and agency personnel.
  • Orients and aligns with the fleet officers on his assigned facility the standard procedures on Emergency and Disaster Response.
  • Monitors the security manpower posts in his assigned facility are adequate and in accordance with the needed requirement by conducting daily inspection on the security posts. Reports any possible security risks encountered during the inspection to the Security Manager.
  • Evaluates the agency’s key performance indicators (KPIs) and key result areas (KRAs) of his assigned facility by filling out the Performance Evaluation Form.

  • QUALIFICATIONS
  • Graduate of any 4 Years or BS Degree on Protective Services and Management-related courses
  • BOSH certified is an advantage
  • Certified Security Professional or other equivalent security industry certifications
  • With certification or training on Basic Life Support (BLS) or a certified Emergency Medical Responder (EMR)
  • Knowledgeable on Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) and Incident Command System (ICS)
  • Good investigative background and communications skill
