- As an IT Security Helpdesk, you will served as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance over the phone, system or email and perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions. Local office infrastructure troubleshooting, implementation and response in secure IT assets.
- Act as an owner for local IT assets and Helpdesk.
- Desktop, laptop troubleshooting.
- Local wire/wireless network device configuration and implementation.
- Maintain office equipment such as printers, video and audio devices.
- VPN service.
- Knowledge of security protocols and procedures would be a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
