About the Role 


We are inviting you to be part of a great team as an IT Security Engineer, working closely with all Enterprise teams while supporting both IT and Security functions. In this role you will leverage your skills, experience, and apply an innovative and recognized industry practice.  You will identify, analyze, and oversee the timely delivery of Corporate IT initiatives, IT support requests, and support information security initiatives to meet business expectations, as well as define and implement process improvements that drive tangible business benefits.


The ideal candidate is passionate about new technologies and trends to support business objectives/requests.


What You Will Do



  • Support and action IT service desk requests for all Stylitics users both virtually and onsite 

  • Configure existing MDM solution

  • Deliver subject matter expertise for Google Workspace configurations and practices

  • Configure and enhance Identity Access Management (IAM) functions 

  • Support the cloud hosted platform operational functions for key initiatives 

  • Document business specifications and liaise with key internal stakeholders

  • Track, organize, and regularly report on status of issues

  • Tracking and managing IT inventory equipment

  • Support and enhance existing technology configuration within Stylitics’ office


Must-Have Qualifications



  • 2 years of experience with Public Cloud Hosting platforms in any of the following Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon AWS, Digital Ocean  or Microsoft Azure 

  • 2 years of experience managing Google Workspace administrative resources and organization of company data 

  • 2 years of experience supporting remote staff and troubleshooting issues 

  • 1 year of experience contributing and participating in GCP and Google Workspace security and strategy discussions 

  • Strong skills in documenting system configurations, standards, and procedures

  • Strong oral communication skills expressing IT and security concepts

  • Demonstrated experience creating and updating technical project documentation (i.e. technical and configuration runbook, implementation plan, etc.)

  • Willing to commute to the office 3-4 times a week


Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, etc. from an accredited University or College

  • CISSP Certification

  • Preferable experience in the below areas:


    • MDM (JAMF, Workspace One, MS InTune)

    • EDR (Rapid7, Crowdstrike, Sophos)

    • IT Helpdesk Platforms (ServiceNow, Zendesk, JIRA, etc)


  • Demonstrated expertise with the implementation  of Google Zero Trust components implementation – Single Sign-On, Conditional Access (SAML, OAuth, etc.), MFA, Google Workspace, device authentication and health validation, least privilege access, etc.

  • Experience with Content Delivery Network (CDN), Intrusion Detection System (IDS), Security Incident Event Management (SIEM) would be considered as a strong asset


Salary


When we find the right person, we try to put our best foot forward with an offer that excites you and is fair on our end. We consider the skills and experience you bring, what similar jobs pay and make sure there’s equal pay for equal work among those you’ll be working with. The compensation amount for this role is targeted at $80,000.00 - $100,000.00. The final offer also takes into account other factors of a total compensation package such as an annual bonus and stock options. Please note that the range is being shared in good faith and is subject to modification based on changing market and business conditions.
