This position is a 12-months Apprenticeship, on-site in Bordeaux.
As a Compliance, Risk Management and IT Security Apprentice, you will be in charge for driving the company's compliance with data protection standards and regulations in collaboration with the RSSI and the DPO Security.
As such, you will have to ensure the implementation of security policies, documentation, procedures, controls and security measures to protect data in accordance with the standards and regulations in force.
You will ensure the definition, implementation and improvement of internal tools (steering/monitoring/etc) structuring the compliance department.
For these missions, you will work in close collaboration under the control of the RSSI and the Security DPO (within the framework of GDPR compliance).
Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain IT security policies and procedures that comply with applicable standards and regulations.
Participate in the implementation of GDPR compliance and other security standards related to data protection.
Management of risks and their impacts: identify potential IT security risks and manage the implementation of preventive measures to avoid them.
Set up and ensure controls: carry out regular audits to identify breaches of data protection policies.
Share IT security knowledge and best practices with company employees to improve IT security awareness.
Manage documentation and deliverables relating to IT security issues that may be required under GDPR and ISO 27001 compliance.
Required Skills :
IT knowledge supplemented with knowledge of law and risk management.
Knowledge of IT security, more specifically GRC issues (Governance, Risks and Compliance)
Knowledge of ISO 27001 and ISO 27002 standards, if possible ISO 27005
Knowledge of GDPR regulations and requirements in terms of data protection
Required qualities :
Strong analytical skills and organizational abilities
Fluent in professional English
Method and rigor to verify compliance rules by following a strict organization.
Curious, flexible and autonomous, you are comfortable in a changing and stimulating environment.
Good writing skills to ensure clarity of documentation and procedures and to achieve improvements.
Good ability to communicate with company employees to raise awareness of compliance, IT security and risks and to be able to convince them to follow procedures and promote change management.
Bold, you are not afraid to take risks to solve problems.
Resourceful, you like to test and learn until you find the best solution.
