  • Threat Analyst


    As a Threat Analyst at ZeroFOX, you will join a team of highly skilled individuals working to mitigate digital risk for our customers. You will be asked to think like an adversary and to respond to real world incidents.


You will also perform threat research, escalating based on severity directly to customers, providing value-driven risk analysis to ensure customers stay safe across social media and digital platforms. Your mission - to keep your customers safe - while presenting findings in a professional manner and providing a world-class customer experience!

  • Provide in depth analysis of customer risk and changes to the threat landscape
  • Identify trends shaping cybersecurity
  • Collect and compile complex data from various sources, making appropriate correlation on collected data, to build upon an understanding of threat activity to protect the customer
  • Support internal analysis with additional data and insight from analytics and data that reside outside of our product offerings
  • Partner with our customers to consult on their security posture
  • Author products for customers that range from tactical, issue specific, requests for information to comprehensive risk analysis around industry verticals.
  • Manage research projects that involve multiple stakeholders
  • Independently assess and manage complex issues
  • Scope projects from ill-defined questions
  • Manage customer requirements and questions to shape positive outcomes
  • Identify places for automation and productization of analysis
  • Proactively identify solutions to problems that affect both customers and product
  • Responsible for communications with the customers including: phone, video, email, and authoring customer facing reports
