Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary technical contact and advocate for our customers
• Onboard new customers to the Concourse Labs platform
• Ensure customer success through customer engagement, training, and developing and sharing best practices
• Serve as customer advocate internally within Concourse, both for their long term needs, and for immediate issues and escalations. Drive internal teams to do what it takes to ensure we delight our customers
• Engage with customers at all levels, being their trusted advisor and expert in Concourse Labs platform and Security-as-Code
• Support the sales teams in identifying account expansion opportunities
• Help Concourse scale by identifying new customer needs and growth opportunities
• Manage client adoption and ongoing support requests

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Experience working with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Knowledge of cloud security processes and tools
• Experience with source code management and CI/CD tools such as BitBucket, Gitlab, Github, and Jenkins
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to quickly establish technical credibility with customers
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Proven problem-solving skills
• Collaborative attitude
• Ability to travel up to 25%
