The Dragos Sales Team is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Business Partner to support our sales operations in EMEA and ANZ (must currently reside in the UK). Our ideal candidate will have direct deal desk experience and the ability to drive operational processes and improvements in support of revenue goals and sales efficiency.
A track record of building collaborative relationships with sales managers and other key stakeholders is essential. If you have an acute attention to detail, excellent communications skills, and the ability to creatively problem-solve, this may be your role!
ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted advisor and resource for all operational sales needs (partnering with Regional Director and supporting sales teams)Identify patterns and areas to optimize process adherence, drive better forecasting, pipeline accuracy, and operating efficiencies, improve sales productivity/attainment, and impact revenueManage deal desk function within region. Ensure large/complex deals are proactively identified and can be structured to meet customer needs while meeting internal policies. Remove roadblocks to deal close processProactively work with sales team to maintain necessary Salesforce hygieneStreamline content and recommendations for meetings such as forecast and team calls, monthly GTM Executive meetings, QBRs, etc.Update regional team on best practices and operational changesPartner with Finance on booking orders, and collaborate on necessary process improvements and efficiencies Provide quoting support to Sales, including assistance with renewals/co-terms and complex quotes
Requirements5+ years of sales strategy, sales operations, or direct deal desk experienceExperience working in a fast-paced, dynamic work environmentExperience prioritizing multiple tasks and keeping stakeholders informed on progressExperience with analysis and complex problem solving Experience with Salesforce CRMStrong MS Office knowledge (especially Excel)
CompensationSalary: GBP 70,000Compensation: Salary + Equity + Benefits + Pension Equity is communicated in USD and to minimize confusion, this will be discussed on the first call with the Dragos recruiter. Employees receive equity options that start vesting on their first day and will have an opportunity to earn additional equity.
