Cybersecurity Compliance Specialist - Identity Access Management

What you’ll achieve
As a Cybersecurity Compliance Specialist, you will support and deliver on initiatives in Cybersecurity’s Identity & Access Management compliance program by responding to audit inquiries and troubleshooting highly complex, intricate compliance problems which includes working on multiple issues/projects simultaneously.
- Acts as a point of escalation in complex, critical situations and lead/direct junior staff
- Utilize, request, and implement tools to verify and validate that assurance levels are set and met
- Proactively Investigate and identify issues impacting compliance
- Research risk and options to drive assurance and propose changes to Access related corporate standards

- Knowledge of Identity & Access Management solutions, Active Directory, and databases
- Cloud compliance experience
- Ability to develop documentation or data analysis
- SAFe Agile methodology
- Six Sigma
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years relevant experience OR equivalent experience
- Industry-standard audit or cybersecurity certification from ISC(2), SANS, or similar entity
- Process engineer experience
