Listing Description

Finchloom, a remote first Microsoft focused, direct Cloud Services Provider (CSP) and reseller of Microsoft 365 and Azure Subscriptions and services, has an immediate need for an Enterprise Account Manager on our Sales team. This position will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and expanding Finchloom’s market presence in the mid-market (250-2500 users) and enterprise account (2500-10,000 users) areas. As part of the sales process, they will identify key decision-makers, partner with Microsoft reps, collaborate in discovery calls, and close deals. 

What You'll Do:
  • Identify Microsoft Cloud Infrastructure (Azure), Microsoft Modern Workplace (M365 E5), and Microsoft Security professional services’ leads and close sales with new mid-market and enterprise accounts
  • Present a technical understanding of Microsoft platform offerings, enabling selling Finchloom’s FLIGHT professional services to deploy and adopt Microsoft solutions.
  • Qualify sales opportunities, set proper client expectations, and handle complex negotiations
  • Direct the sales process involving other resources, such as Professional Services, and Project Managers
  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders
  • Source opportunities. Close sales. Consistently attain sales goals.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities, and expand Finchloom’s footprint within existing accounts
  • Communicate directly with clients; recommend high-level solutions based on client needs; develop rapport and gather the information that will allow us to improve our relations and close business
  • Participate in sales meetings and training to improve performance, enhance skills and help build departmental expertise
  • Set meetings with clients to understand business requirements
  • Collaborate with internal technical resources to shape client presentations
  • Develop strong Microsoft relationships for lead generation and team selling
  • Meet regularly on Teams Video and in-person with CIO, CISO, and VP of IT

  • Skills You'll Bring:
  • 10+ years of Professional Services sales experience, with a recent demonstrated record of consistently exceeding sales goals in excess of $2 million dollars
  • At least 5+ years of experience positioning, negotiating, and closing Microsoft professional service engagements to mid-market and enterprise sized clients
  • Knowledge around Microsoft Cloud Infrastructure (Azure), Microsoft Modern Workplace (M365) and Microsoft Security products
  • Previous experience with CRM applications, preferably Dynamics CRM
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests concurrently
