PaperCut is looking for an experienced IT and Security Manager to maintain and run operational IT across multiple regions. You will inspire creativity within your growing team and lead our security efforts. Are you excited about transforming an IT and security function within a passionate product business? As our IT and Security Manager you will report to our Head of Business Experience, and collaborate with internal and external partners during an exciting phase of transformation. You will be a driving force in the projects that improve the effectiveness and efficiencies of the IT infrastructure, and ensure security needs are supported within our internal systems and our products.

Some of the things you'll do...
  • You will establish team performance targets and develop their capabilities with a focus on risk management and security.
  • You will review the effectiveness and efficiencies of the IT infrastructure and vendors, recommending advancements across IT operations and develop continuous improvement strategies.
  • You will provide insight and input into the strategic IT roadmap whilst also being hands-on to deliver impactful change.
  • You will manage ICT risk for PaperCut, including business continuity and information security compliance.

  • You are recognised for your work with the wider Business Experience team to achieve the strategic roadmap, which includes an ISO27001 certification.
  • You have begun standardising how we manage IT infrastructure in regional locations and receiving feedback from our team that they feel really well supported.
  • You have begun to uplift the security capabilities of PaperCut and work with other teams to set up a rhythm and system for distributing information for security, vulnerability and identity management risks.
  • You have begun implementing security controls that are required by the business to meet customer requirements and improve overall security posture.
