Ampsight is seeking an ICAM Engagement Manager to build and maintain positive relationships with clients during projects. In this role you will be assigned to a client and be their first point of contact, ensuring that our customers remain satisfied with our services. To succeed in this role, you’ll need to effectively communicate and multi-task under tight deadlines. A technical background in Identity, Credential, Access Management as well as experience in sales and customer service will be assets in this position. Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Engagement Manager or Technical Project Manager
- Identity, Credential, and Access Management experience
- CDM experience
- Experience providing program management using best practices for deliverables, strategy, requirements for HSPD12 compliance and guidance
- Knowledge of HSPD12 activities, FICAM, and ICAM initiatives
- Demonstration of strong expertise in supporting Federal Government customers
- Apply industry-standard project management best practices, government FIPS201, OMB 11-11, and HSPD 12 directives to determine and execute requirements, evaluate, and process customer solutions
- Proficient in MS Office and JIRA management software
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Responsibilities
- Foster positive relationships with our customers as their primary point of contact
- Help clients implement services and plan projects effectively
- Execute contract management, project/task management, and coordination of resource needs, in coordination with corporate resources and management
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Address customer issues with speed and efficiency
- Act as the central point of contact with government representatives and other client officials
- Work independently, or under the general direction of Ampsight executive management, on all phases of performance of the required work and services under all tasks
- Responsible for technical performance, timeliness, and quality of deliverables
- Accountable for the implementation and measurement of corporate and Department quality standards and methodologies
- Deliver project meeting minutes, schedules, requirements/specification documents, market research analysis, technical proposal evaluations, planning documents, and other project collateral relative to planned projects
Requirements
- US citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Math, Engineering or a related field or equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or certification
- An active TS/SCI Security Clearance
- Willing to go onsite as needed
