We’re looking for an information security practitioner and implementer to work in role of Pipedrive Security Incident Manager. You will be responsible for managing the life-cycle of security and privacy incidents to ensure timely resolution and to protect Pipedrive customers. As part of this role you will be challenging the status quo and proposing new and effective ways of operation to improve organizational security posture. Your new adventure:
  • As Incident Manager
    • - Serve as the initial point of contact for all security and privacy incidents.
    - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to expedite the resolution of incidents
    - Ensure all incidents are logged and documented according to standard procedures
    - Facilitate post-incident reviews and capture key learnings for future preventive measures
    - Liaise with stakeholders to communicate incident status, progress, and resolution
    - Prepare and distribute incident reports to senior management
  • Work closely with Information Security Risk Officer to provide input the Pipedrive Risk Management Program and with Business
  • Continuity Program Manager to provide input the Pipedrive Business Continuity Program
  • Contribute technical expertise to risk analysis and the development of mitigative controls
  • Work with different teams and functions within the Information Security department and support them in your field of responsibility and competence

  • Solid understanding of Information Security in general, incident management, privacy and cloud technologies
  • Team player and comfortable working cross-functionally in an agile environment
  • A strategic thinker who can translate the big picture into smaller tactical projects
  • Able to communicate well with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, information security or a similar field

    • It would be a plus if you have some of the following:
  • Field-related certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, ...)
  • Interest in quantitative cybersecurity risk analysis
