The Role:
 
We are seeking a Lead Security Analyst focused on Governance, Risk, and Compliance at Fanatics Betting and Gaming. This role reports to our CISO and is responsible for defining, implementing, training, and executing against our risk management strategy.

Duties and responsibilities may include:
 
Lead and manage our end-to-end GRC program

Solve large, complex, cross-functional challenges such as implementing a new risk tool

Perform security risk assessments on new or existing products, services, and technologies to analyze controls, identify and evaluate mitigating control opportunities and assign residual risk using the organizational risk management methodology.

Manage risk assessments, gap analysis, certification, compliance, and audit processes

Complete risk reduction projects that manage risks

Coordinate improvement of internal risk management systems, processes, and policies

Collaborate with internal and external audit throughout compliance engagements

Play an active part in mitigating, preparing, responding, and recovering from risk incidents

Performs process-level walkthroughs, control testing, etc. for the identification and assessment of IT risks and controls

Perform control testing

Effectively communicate key risks, findings, and recommendations for improvement with key stakeholders.
Must be open to occasional travel to events and Bet Fanatics offices for various offsite and team meetings.
